Ordering Online for Correctional Facilities & Institutions
Many of our products are suitable for shipping to Institutions, Facilities and Prisons. You are responsible for knowing the guidelines of any institution to which you wish us to ship product. If you have questions, please contact us.
We use UPS ground to ship to New York State Correctional Facilities. This almost always takes just two days to arrive from our plant in Maine to the facility in New York, although we do not guarantee the two-day time. We ship to these facilities on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that packages do not arrive on Fridays, to avoid having the package held over the weekend, since most of the items we ship are perishable.
If you want your package to ship on a Wednesday and you are willing to accept the risk, please let us know that. You also have the option of shipping overnight with FedEx.
Please note: No refunds will be given for non-delivery due to transfer, loss of privileges, overweight packages, labeling or packaging in relation to Prison orders.
