- 1 package Sweet Italian sausage, sliced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 large potato – peeled & diced (or 16 oz package cubed fresh potatoes)
- 1 can (19 oz) garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt’s diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano, undrained
- 3 cups Kitchen Basics Natural
- beef stock
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
Combine all the ingredients, except the zucchini, in a crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours. Add the zucchini and cook another 30 minutes.
