- 1 package Bean’s Chicken Sausage with Sundried Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 jar (26 oz) Classico Tomato & Pesto Pasta Sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Saute the sausage in the vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Cook the onions, green peppers and garlic in the olive oil until soft. Add the Classico Sauce and the sausage. Simmer for 1-2 hours. Add the parsley and cook for 10 minutes.
